Welcome to the Team-Abidi website. By accessing or booking services from our site, you agree to comply with the
following Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction: These terms govern your use of our website and services. If you do not agree with these terms,
please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered: We provide personal training services in Muay Thai and Kickboxing. Specific details about
services will be provided during the booking process.
3. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must ensure they are in adequate health to participate in physical activities.
Clients must adhere to our cancellation policy and provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
4. Assumption of Risk: Training in Muay Thai and Kickboxing involves physical activities that may pose risks of injury
or even death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in these activities.
5. Liability Waiver: Absolute Yas FZE LLC and Team Abidi shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages
resulting from your participation in personal training sessions, regardless of the cause. You release and hold
harmless Absolute Yas FZE LLC and Team Abidi from all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your involvement
in these activities.
6. Medical Clearance Requirement: Prior to participating in any training sessions, you are required to sign a Waiver
stating that you have no medical reasons preventing your participation in physical activities and that you are fit to
engage in training with Team Abidi.
7. Consent for Photography and Filming: Prior to the first training session, clients will be required to sign a waiver
that includes consent to be photographed or filmed during their training sessions. By agreeing to this, clients grant
Absolute Yas FZE LLC and Team Abidi the right to use such material for social media posts and promotional
marketing. If clients do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must communicate this preference within the
waiver.
8. Package Validity: Any purchased package of 10 personal training sessions must be used within 5 weeks from the
date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will expire and will not be refundable or transferable.
Packages are non-transferable and cannot be used by other clients.
9. Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel any scheduled training session at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is
not canceled within this timeframe, the session will be redeemed/taken from the package.
10. Refund Policy: All bookings for personal training sessions are final. We do not offer refunds for scheduled
sessions except in the following circumstances:
If a refund request is made within 3 days of the booking, we will evaluate the request and may, at our discretion,
issue a refund.
11. Change of Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms, and clients will be notified of any significant
changes.
12. Governing Law: These terms and agreements shall be governed by the laws of Dubai.
